The Cook Islands are directly south of Hawaii, about a five hour plane ride. They are as far below the equator as Hawaii is above it. The main island is Rarotonga and the beautiful island also visited is the Aitutaki (pronounced EYE To Talk E) atoll. Some of clearest water on earth and a great bucket list destination.
